This notice covers kirsha.health, the website of Kirsha LLC. It says what the site collects, why, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, email me at kirk@kirsha.health.
The Schedule a call form asks for your name, email address and a message. Company, phone number and the service you're interested in are optional. If you choose Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) audit support, the form also asks for your contract number or numbers and the sample size on your Enrollee Data List.
When you submit the form, the site sends what you typed to me in one email. The site doesn't keep a separate copy. I use it to reply to you and to prepare for a call. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell or share what you send.
Please don't send health information. The form is not the place for protected health information or anything about an individual member. Work on a plan's claims or pharmacy data starts only after a Business Associate Agreement is signed.
If you email kirk@kirsha.health, your message goes to my mailbox. Hostinger hosts it.
I keep inquiry emails as long as they're useful for the conversation that follows. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
The calculator at kirsha.health/radv/ runs entirely in your browser. The contract you look up and any rates you type are not sent anywhere.
Hostinger hosts the site. Like most web hosts, its servers record basic information about each request, such as your IP address, the page, the time and your browser type.
I don't use analytics or advertising trackers on kirsha.health. If that changes, this notice will say so first.
Pages load a few files from other companies. When your browser fetches them, that company receives your IP address and basic browser information.
Each company handles that information under its own privacy policy.
The site itself doesn't set cookies for visitors. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies on the Schedule a call page.
You can ask what I have from your form submission or emails, or ask me to delete it. Email kirk@kirsha.health.
If this notice changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
